ATM Card

ATM Card – Our ATM Card is there when you need it to complete a variety of transactions without having to come directly to South Sound Bank. You can withdraw, deposit, or transfer funds from any ATM that displays the PLUS, Honor or Star system logos.

VISA Check Card

The VISA Check Card is faster, more economical, more convenient and just plain easier than using your conventional checkbook. Our VISA Check Card allows you to withdraw, deposit or transfer funds from any ATM, but you also can use your VISA Check Card anywhere VISA is accepted. The charge will then appear on your monthly checking account statement and will include the date, location and amount of every transaction you’ve made.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is a safe and convenient way to have your payroll, Social Security or retirement check automatically deposited to your South Sound Bank checking or savings account.

Safe Deposit Box

Protect your valuables and important papers with a Safe Deposit Box. Safe Deposit Boxes are available in a variety of sizes to include 3x5, 3x10, 5x10 and 10x10. We offer our Charter and Gold customers a 30% discount.

Night Depository

Our Night Depository is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Night Depository is accessible through our drive-up to provide you safety and convenience by not having to get out of your vehicle. Simply put your deposit in an envelope and the deposit will be processed on the next business day.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfers provide a fast and secure way to send and receive money. There is a nominal fee and in most instances the money is received the same day.

Travelers Cheques

Travelers Cheques are a safe way to carry cash while you are on vacation or a business trip. South Sound Bank offers American Express Travelers’ Cheques in $20, $50 and $100 denominations. We offer our Charter and Gold customers Travelers Checks with no fee, with the exception of Cheques for Two.

Overdraft Protection

Want to avoid those costly overdraft charges? South Sound Bank offers two ways to accomplish this. The first way uses your own money and transfers automatically from one account to another. The second way is to establish an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit. Call our loan department for more information on qualifying for this product.

Merchant Services

For our business customers, we offer a merchant service that enables you to accept Visa and MasterCard transactions from your customers. Our merchant processor comes to your business to set up the system for your convenience. Our rates are competitive, and the 24-hour help desk is always available.
