Medical/Dental Benefit: SSB contributes 100% for employees and pays a portion of dependent premiums for all full-time employees.
401(k) Plan: SSB offers a 401(k) retirement plan. Must complete orientation and be in the open enrollment period to be eligible. Plan allows you to make your own decisions on what kind of investment strategies fit your lifestyle. Vesting in the plan occurs at 20% annually and will be fully invested at 5 years.
Long-term Disability: SSB has a long-term disability plan that goes into effect 90 days after disability.
Employee Assistance Program: SSB offers an employee assistance program to help you with counseling or legal assistance.
Paid Holidays: SSB offers paid holidays to those days that the Federal Reserve declares national holidays. This includes:

Sick Leave: SSB offers sick leave after 90 days. Full-time employees accrue sick leave monthly at 83% of one eight hour day to have a total of 10 days per calendar year.
